1

Data we collect

We process registration and profile data, listing, transaction and freelance-contract data, payment evidence and transaction references, conversations and attachments, device data, IP addresses, sign-in and security logs, and notifications. We do not request data that is unnecessary to provide or protect the service.

2

Ownership evidence and linked-account checks

Sellers may be asked for images, videos or documents that establish account ownership and show linked services and recovery methods. Wassitly does not log into the account or request its password for this review. Passwords, verification codes and unrelated personal information must be hidden before evidence is uploaded. Evidence is used to assess ownership, hidden links, transactions and complaints.

3

How data is used

We use data to create and verify accounts, execute payments, transactions and contracts, review payment evidence and ownership evidence, provide conversations and notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, handle complaints, improve service reliability and meet legal obligations. Ownership evidence and conversations are not used for targeted advertising.

4

Public and private data

Usernames, profile images, listing details, ratings and information a user chooses to publish may be public. Contact details, payment evidence, ownership evidence, conversations, attachments and security data are not public and are made available only to the relevant users or authorized personnel where their task requires it.

5

Sharing and service providers

Necessary processing may be entrusted to payment, authentication, email, notification, support and technical-service providers, whose use is restricted to the required purpose. We do not sell personal data. Specific data may be disclosed when required by law, to protect users and the platform, or to investigate fraud, subject to legal limits.

6

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the account remains active. Transaction, payment and complaint records are kept as necessary to perform the service, settle rights and meet legal obligations. Ownership evidence, conversations and attachments are kept as needed for the transaction, objection period and investigation. Data may be deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Account deletion does not remove a financial record or dispute evidence that must be retained.

7

User rights

You may request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of eligible personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. We may verify identity before acting and may refuse or limit a request where retention is legally required or another person’s rights would be affected. Requests can be sent to legal@wassitly.com, and a complaint may be made to the competent data-protection authority.

8

Security and incidents

We use limited access permissions, session and communication safeguards, monitoring for unusual activity, and measures to reduce unauthorized access. No technical measure guarantees absolute security. If an incident materially affects user data, we take steps to contain and investigate it and provide notice where legally required. Users must protect their passwords and report suspicious activity.

9

Age, cookies and updates

The service is intended only for users aged 18 or older, and minors may not create accounts. Necessary cookies are used for authentication, session protection and preferences; non-essential cookies are not used without the required basis or choice. We publish the policy’s revision date, communicate material changes and request renewed consent where required.
