Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 September 2026

1. Acceptance and service

Creating an account requires explicit acceptance of the terms and privacy policy. Wassitly organizes payments and digital account transfers, as well as freelance contracts, according to the details presented before confirmation.

2. Linked-account and ownership checks

The platform does not log into the account to inspect it. Checks for hidden links rely on the evidence and information provided. Sellers must provide accurate, sufficient ownership evidence and disclose linked services and recovery methods. Additional evidence may be requested and a transaction declined if it is insufficient. Checks are limited to verifiable information and do not provide an absolute guarantee that no undisclosed links exist.

3. Seller and buyer obligations

Sellers must accurately describe the account, establish ownership, disclose restrictions and recovery methods, and transfer the agreed means of control without retaining hidden access or reclaiming the account later. Buyers must check delivery and secure the account immediately after control transfers. Stolen accounts, forged evidence and transactions prohibited by law or the original platform’s terms are not permitted.

4. Payment and delivery

Listings may be reserved temporarily to prevent simultaneous purchases. Uploading payment evidence does not confirm receipt of funds; execution starts after payment confirmation. An expired reservation without confirmed payment or evidence under review may return to public listings. Delivery requires transfer of the agreed means of control and documented receipt; unusable credentials do not constitute delivery.

5. Limits after delivery

The pre-delivery review ends upon documented delivery. Wassitly does not guarantee continued account operation, earnings, audience size or freedom from subsequent suspension by the original platform. Responsibility for later events depends on their cause, including buyer use, seller conduct or original-platform decisions. This does not excuse seller fraud or reclamation, exclude Wassitly’s responsibility for breaching its obligations, or remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Wassitly is independent of the original platforms.

6. Fees, cancellation and refunds

The total payment, commission and net proceeds are shown before confirmation. Any payment-provider fees are disclosed separately. Cancellations require a reason. Approved refunds specify their amount, destination and status. A wallet credit is distinct from an external transfer and is subject to the displayed withdrawal procedure. Undisclosed deductions and unconfirmed refund deadlines must not be assumed.

  • Below 10,000 DZD: fixed 400 DZD commission (200 buyer + 200 seller).
  • 10,000 DZD and above: 4% total commission split equally.

7. Freelance contracts

Contracts specify scope, milestones, deadlines, deliverables and revision conditions before funding. Delivery approval and payments follow the agreed milestones. Scope, price and deadline changes are documented with both parties’ agreement. Disputes and cancellations consider completed work and released or remaining funds. Contracts must identify usage and intellectual-property rights and when they transfer.

8. Complaints and data

Complaints and evidence can be submitted through platform support, with a review request available. Assessment relies on transaction records and available evidence without restricting recourse to competent authorities. Ownership evidence, conversations and payment data are processed for the purposes described in the privacy policy. Do not provide personal information unrelated to verification or the transaction.

9. Changes and applicable law

The version date appears on this page. Material changes must be communicated and acceptance requested where necessary. Updating this text alone does not retroactively change an existing transaction. Algerian law applies where applicable, and the competent court is determined under the relevant jurisdiction rules.
